Ashton Kutcher lands Charlie Sheen’s role on Two and a Half Men
Ashton Kutcher has landed the much coveted role that once belonged to actor Charlie Sheen on the hit television sitcom Two and a Half Men.
Actor Hugh Grant passed up the role recently but soon after came Ashton Kutcher who accepted the role. No word on how much coin Kutcher will be making, but we hear it’s nothing to shake a stick at.
The storyline of Two and a Half Men will introduce Ashton Kutcher in a comical way that is expected to please regular viewers of the show.
Charlie Sheen was fired from Two and a Half Men after going on benders and talking smack about the show’s producer, Chuck Lorre. Although Charlie had quite the media frenzy surrounding him during that time, people have definitely become disinterested in Charlie and his “Violent Torpedos of Truth” tour.
No word from Charlie yet, but we can guess he’s bouncing off the walls at the news. Will he go on another rampage? Will he attack Ashton Kutcher personally? Could be interesting.
Ashton seems like a great choice for the role on Two and a Half Men, much better than Hugh Grant, who I can’t even picture in the role of “Charlie”. There really hasn’t been anyone who I thought could really carry it, but for some reason Ashton really does seem like the perfect fit.
Two and a Half Men fans, I want to know your thoughts. Do you think Ashton Kutcher will rock it?
