SPARAH: Spiedi’s Nemesis!

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag not happy with Virgin Mobile’s ‘Sparah’

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are not amused with Virgin Mobile’s new ‘Sparah’ campaign, and they want Virgin Mobile to pay up for spoofing them.

Sparah‘ is the creation of Virgin Mobile, a campaign that pairs up Spencer and Sarah, a manufactured celebrity couple who live like celebrities, attend red carpet events and take part in multiple Virgin Mobile advertisements. For two virtually unknown actors, this isn’t such a bad gig.

But for Spencer Pratt and Heidi, also known as ‘Speidi,’ the campaign is not amusing. Speidi claims that Sparah is a deliberate attempt to mock them and is based upon their likeness. They want Virgin Mobile to pay up.

Spencer Pratt tells TMZ he and Heidi “hate” Sparah: “It’s obvious they are trying to be us. It’s nuts how much [Virgin Mobile is] promoting them, when they are obviously copying us.”
