Ryan Dunn: Drunk at Time of Crash, Say Police

Ryan Dunn was very drunk during the fatal car crash

Jackass star Ryan Dunn was indeed exceptionally drunk the night he fatally crashed his car, killing himself and passenger, Zachary Hartwell.

Police confirm the news, saying that Ryan Dunn’s blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit at .196. West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll added, “No other substances were found in his blood other than the alcohol.”

Another factor in the car crash was speed. We know now that Ryan Dunn’s Porsche was traveling at speeds of between 132 and 140-mph at the time of the crash. The car flew off the highway, over a guardrail then crashed in the woods where it burst into flames.

Both Ryan Dunn and Zachary Hartwell, a newlywed Iraqi vet, were killed instantly. They are both believed to have died from blunt trauma and heat from the fire.
