Lindsay Lohan tested positive for alcohol – again.
Lindsay Lohan is currently on house arrest but that doesn’t mean she hasn’t found a way to party.
Despite the fact she can’t leave the house, Lindsay had friends over last week for a rooftop party and BBQ. Technically she is allowed to have people over, so no foul there, BUT she was tested for drugs and alcohol afterward and she failed the alcohol portion. Amazingly enough, she had no drugs in her system.
In May, the District Attorney’s office wanted Lindsay to submit to random tests but her attorney, Shawn Holley, refused to have Lindsay do so, saying it wasn’t a part of her probation. (Uh, I thought we ALL knew it WAS…?) So this month Lindsay was tested twice, and one of those times was right after her little rooftop BBQ.
The L.A. Superior Court is ordering Lindsay Lohan to appear in court this morning at 10:00 a.m. and the Probation Department is going to request Lohan be put behind bars once again. Lindsay is on double probation, with the L.A. City Attorney’s Office for the necklace/theft case, and with the District Attorney for the DUI.
Will Lindsay get yet another slap on the wrist – or will the judge throw the book at her? We’ll keep you updated…
