Charlie Sheen Roast coming on Comedy Central
Charlie Sheen is the next celebrity to be “roasted” on Comedy Central’s Roast and I have a hunch that it will be the most watched Comedy Central Roast ever.
Says Charlie Sheen in a statement: “You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this roast for a while. It’s time to light it up. It’s going to be epic.”
Conveniently, the Charlie Sheen Comedy Central Roast will air on the same night that Two and a Half Men will premiere with Sheen’s replacement, Ashton Kutcher. The Charlie Sheen Roast will be taped on September 10, 2011 and will air September 19th.
Recently Sheen said of Ashton Kutcher replacing him: “Kutcher is a sweetheart and a brilliant comedic performer. Oh wait, so am I!! Enjoy the show America. Enjoy seeing a 2.0 in the demo every Monday, WB…Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton. There is no air, laughter, loyalty, or love there.”
A spokesperson from Comedy Central says the Charlie Sheen roast is definitely going to be wild. “Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this Roast which scares even us.”
Oh, so will be watching!!!
