Casey Anthony Out of Prison Wednesday [UPDATED]

‘Tot Mom’ Casey Anthony will be out of prison in weeks

Casey Anthony, the 25-year-old Florida woman who was accused of murdering her 2-year-old child, will likely be out of jail in just weeks.

Although Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder and child abuse, she still faced four counts of providing false information to a law enforcement officer. On Thursday Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Casey Anthony to one year in jail for each of the four counts she faced for providing a law enforcement officer false information.

Of course Casey Anthony will not actually be serving four years due to time already served and good behavior. Instead, she will end up serving only weeks after all is said and done.

Then there is the monetary punishment. Judge Belvin Perry has ordered Casey Anthony to pay $1,000 for each count she was found guilty of and to pay restitution for the cost of investigating Caylee’s disappearance.

UPDATE:

Casey Anthony will be released from jail Wednesday. So much for a few weeks.

Casey Anthony will be returning to a very hostile world next week. Where will she live? She has never supported herself and she destroyed her family in court, accusing both her brother and father of molestation. Will her parents allow her to return, or will Casey Anthony flee Florida and move somewhere she can have more privacy? The sad thing is, she has never had a job in her LIFE and she will never have to! The book deals, movie deals and interviews will probably equal millions for her. It’s just wrong on so many levels, I am honestly speechless, thinking of all the people who work so hard to provide for their children, and then to have a monster like this profit from murdering hers…? A damn shame I tell you. A damn shame.

This is sick indeed. Murdering her daughter was the best payday she ever got. Disgusting. I still don’t see why Scott Peterson (who was obviously guilty IMO) was sentenced to death with LESS evidence in his case. His motive was very similar to hers. Where is the justice in all of this?

and the west memphis 3 still sit in jail for life and death row while she will be free within a week.
