Rumer Willis, long and lean, shops in WeHo

Rumer Willis and a friend shopped at Fred Segal with a friend in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

Rumer is still rocking the red hair and, I think, really looks great. Tabloids and blogs give her hell all the time for her looks, but c’mon, she looks fantastic.

Wearing high-waisted shorts, a 3/4 sleeve peasant shirt and fabulous pin-up sandals, Rumer seems to be in amazing shape and she wears this outfit well.
