Brooke Mueller Caught with Baggie, Pipe, After Rehab

Charlie Sheen’s ex and baby mama Brooke Mueller was spotted this weekend with a baggie and a homemade foil pipe.

Brooke was also spotted with what might be a lit spliff in her right hand.

X17 snapped the photos of Brooke looking disheveled and sloppy in an oversized t-shirt, baggy cotton pants and, errr…strappy high heels. You would have to be high to put this outfit together, egad.

Brooke Mueller just completed rehab but it looks like she is still struggling to leave drugs behind. Once Brooke knew she had been spotted with the baggie and pipe she turned on her heels and made a run for it.
