Paris Hilton’s bloated stomach looks like a baby bump

Paris was at The Grove with Mario Lopez shooting a piece, probably for Extra, and she literally looked like she just swallowed a bowling ball. Of course there are more flattering photos of her form the event, but should we publish them?
