Rihanna Replaces Megan Fox as The New Face of Emporio Armani

Emporio Armani has released an official statement naming Rihanna as the new face for the fall winter 2011/12 Emporio Armani underwear and Jeans collection.

Rihanna tweeted hints about working for Armani a few hours before the announcement was made official. Rihanna will take over for Megan Fox who was the previous face of the Emporio Armani collection. This is the second high profile job that Megan Fox has lost in the last few months.  Steven Spielberg fired Fox from The 3^rd installment of The Transformers franchise for allegedly comparing Transformers director, Michael Bay to Hitler.

In other Rihanna news, Ri-Ri is currently traveling the United States during her Loud world tour and will soon take the show overseas. During a recent stop in Dallas, Texas, her show was canceled due to a small fire on stage. The fire was quickly contained and resulted in no injuries. The America Airlines Center, where the concert took place, said that a refund would not be given to the fans.
