JWoww Sued For Stealing Tanning Lotion Concept

Jennifer Farley, aka JWoww, is being sued by a small business group comprised of three college friends from the University of Oklahoma, who say the JS star is making money off their idea, and they want a cut of it!

Earlier this year, JWoww debuted her tanning lotion Black Bronzer with the help of the company Australian Gold, and apparently it’s a huge hit. 

The suing company, called Phigogam, claim that last year they asked the reality star to be a representative for their tanning lotion, which by the way, had the same bottle design!

For some reason, this is not at all surprising since it’s hard for me to see any real creative talent potential in most, if not all of the JS cast.  But, if you’re gonna rip-off an idea from someone else, wouldn’t you at least tweak the bottle design to make it somewhat attractive?  And the name Black Bronzer??  Can’t get much more generic than that!

    Hard to argue with Success – this product is killing the game and is moving mad units. The design and the naming were genius IMO
