The only way Lindsay Lohan seems to be trying to make a living these days is by suing people for it. After trying to milk e-Trade for all its worth, claiming $100 million worth of pain and suffering due to a commercial that referred to another baby named Lindsay as a “milkaholic,” LiLo is now after Mr. 305, Pitbull, for a lyric in his song “Give Me Everything.”
According to TMZ, Lohan’s lawsuit raises the idea that the inclusion of her name in the hit single is harmful to Lohan on so many levels – “the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff.”
Wait… it gets better when she claims to be “a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.”
Oh, geez… what next? The song “causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants.” Yeah, because she’s hanging with a much high brow crowd these days than Pitbull, Ne-Yo and Afrojack.
The lyrics in questions are:
Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’, to keep flowin’
I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.
So Lindsay Lohan was locked up once… Pitbull has his business locked up just like that… and that’s a lawsuit…?
Does anyone else get the feeling we’ll be seeing Lindsay meeting with slip and fall attorneys soon enough, in order to pay the bills? So sad.
