As a long, long time fan of the Go-Go’s and Belinda Carlisle I wanted to pass this along to those of you who also are huge fans.

Belinda Carlisle’s Facebook page is a great place to see old photos of the Go-Go’s and that’s where I found the gem above. A photo booth picture of Belinda Carlisle from the late 1970′s, right around the time that the Go-Go’s formed (1978).

Rocking a new wave haircut, Belinda was ahead of her time. Little did she know that she would inspire not only the music scene of the 1980s, but the fashion scene as well. Belinda made her mark on pop culture alright, and as they say, every guy wanted her and every girl wanted to be her. She was, and still is, one of the most beautiful women in rock n’ roll.
