Madonna poses for photos at the 68th Venice International Film Festival

Madonna stopped for photos while on the dock behind the Palazzo del Cinema at the 68th Venice International Film Festival in Venice.

The screening of “W.E.,” Madonna’s new film, demanded attention from media hounds around the world as the Queen of Pop herself attended the event. During the movie’s photo call, Madonna took questions but didn’t seem very happy about it and she was pissy when they asked more than one question. Did they expect anything else?

She did give props to her ex-husbands though, for inspiring her to dive into film-making. “I am and was attracted to very creative people which is why I married Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie, two very talented directors.”

Despite being one of the biggest celebrities in the world Madonna’s “W.E.” hasn’t exactly gotten stellar reviews. “A more seasoned writer would have put together a better companion plot; Madonna’s is gloomy and forced,” that, from Bloomberg. The Guardian gave it a single star, The Playlist calls it a “royal disaster,” and Venice critics generally hated it.
