Was Russell Armstrong Murdered?

The Los Angeles Coroner’s Office declared Russell Armstrong’s death as a suicide almost three weeks ago, but that hasn’t prevented his family from hiring a private detective to look into the case in more detail, for a possible murder investigation.

Apparently, Russell’s family believes that his financial troubles may have allowed him to have ties to the wrong type of people, TMZ reports.  Those close to him, think that he might have possibly ticked someone off, and in return, that person made their revenge by murdering him.

Last night, Bravo aired The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ premiere (their second season).  Before going full-throttle into the usual, drunken craziness that IS any Real Housewives show, the cast was seen talking about the suicide, and revealing their thoughts and feelings regarding it.

Although I want to believe Bravo and the Real Housewives’ cast has only the best intentions, the whole bit felt a little too contrived.

Just curious…Do you think that the show made a good attempt at addressing Russell’s death, and do you think it was the right decision to continue with the show?  Would love to hear your thoughts!

They tip toed shallowly around a sensitive subject but my question is… What does Jiggy think? Seriously though there is a fine line between addressing the situation and milking it for ratings, less is more in my opinion. And the other ladies’ issues are plenty to base a season on.
