Jon Gosselin has to be smirking at the misfortune that’s befallen his ex-wife Kate.
Jon Gosselin flat-out tells his ex-wife Kate that reality television is not a career, and that she needs to think about what needs to be done in order to take care of their children.
With Kate Gosselin ratcheting up her sob story about how hard it’s going to be to provide for her eight children now that her TLC show has been cancelled, primarily because she refuses to scale back the lifestyle she became accustomed to as a result of the spotlight from the program, her ex-husband Jon is speaking out to lay down a very simple message for the woman he used to be married to: Suck it up.
In an interview with RumorFix, Jon Gosselin hit Kate’s sad tale with some hard truth, dropping some knowledge on her about what she needs to do on her side of things to take care of the family. “Reality TV is not a career. Get back to a normal life — a simple life. Provide for your family.”
“Things will work out the way they should work out. Obviously there are families out there that have several kids – people work normal jobs and things work out. Everything is possible.” He also adds that not all of the luxuries Kate wants to hold onto are necessities. “I don’t have a farm on 24 acres and the kids seem to have a great time at my house.”
I believe a good old fashioned IN YO’ FACE!!! is in order here, with Jon putting it all out there to look wise for once, as his wife whines and complains like a spoiled brat about not being able to get $2,000 Keratin hair treatments. If Kate Gosselin can figure out something to do, using her former reality show as a platform to get there, good for her. She worked the system and reaped the benefits in the aftermath. But if all she’s doing is looking for another reality show handout to keep it going, it’s only pushing the problem further down the line. Might as well deal with it now, Kate. It’s only going to get worse.
