Kate Gosselin appears on TODAY to combat her ex-husband Jon’s comments that she should get a regular job.
Kate Gosselin wants you to support her. She wants you to support her kids. She wants you to watch their shows and pay them all the attention you can. However, she doesn’t want you to look directly at them, touch them, breathe on them or even shop in the same stores as them, because that’d mean you’re regular… and that’s not something she wants to be a part of… you know, since it’s drenched in mediocrity and all.
Appearing on TODAY to promote the final season of KATE PLUS 8, following the show’s dismissal by TLC, Kate Gosselin addressed her ex-husband Jon’s comments that she should just go out and get a regular job in order to do her part in providing for the whole litter of children she popped out of her vagina. Needless to say, she doesn’t agree with his assessment that making an honest living is the proper example to set for their children, not when celebrity and fame are well within your grasp. A regular job…? That’s for suckers. “Well, it’s a situation where Jon may be accepting of mediocre for his kids, and working a regular job. But I want the best for my kids and the best opportunities, not unlike every parent. I think to be a good parent is to work as hard as you can and give them the best opportunities in life, and this has provided that.”
Yeah, Jon… I’m talking to you… you and your mediocrity. How dare you think that someone clearly as talented and skilled as Kate Gosselin should have to enter the workforce with the rest of these people. Don’t you know some of them carry disease… and they shop at Target? Is that what you want for your kids, man? To eat the generic brand of Fruit Roll-Ups… or worse, the Walmart brand? Ugh… you disgust me. You call yourself a father and a man… yet you aren’t willing to do the necessary whoring in order for each of your children to drive a tricked-out Power Wheels Escalade complete with Xboxes in the headrests and two subwoofers in the trunk, with spinning rims made of diamonds…? You’re so lazy and middle-class it sickens me, and it bothers me that you’d want your ex-wife and children to live in such poverty, like accountants and administrative assistants. Oh, wait… I forgot. I’m all for Jon’s ideas that Kate should just go back to being a nurse and get off TV, so we don’t ever have to see her again. But damn if it isn’t so much fun to be on her side and defend her lifestyle which clearly looks down upon her “fans.”
Now, now, khate gooselin, you have the right to be who you want to “pretend” to be. However, calling us [the people of America] “M-E-D-I-O-C-R-E” will N-O-T endear you to us [the people] except for your fans [you may have lost a few, if not a lot, of fans this time]. you were poor [or did you forget?], you became rich [or did you?]. you learned how to use “liquid assests” in your daily conversations, you touched “gazzillions” of dollars, you had the chance to take care of your family for the rest of your lives. Just because, you [blew it] doesn’t mean we [the people] will support your lavish lifestyle.
