Bam Margera Beats Up Cabbie, Is Detained By Police

The Jackass strikes again!

The Jackass star is at it again…being just that.

After allegedly slugging a New York cabbie, then kicking in his car door, the professional skateboarder/reality star was detained by the NYPD, just outside a bar called Hogs & Heifers Saloon.

A source has told TMZ that he had contacted police after witnessing Margera and an unidentified ‘friend’ assault the cab driver (through the driver’s window), and once the authorities arrived, Bam bailed.

Apparently, Mr. Margera has disputed those claims, saying that the cabbie first called his lady friend a “sl*t”, prior to grabbing her hair…all this after the girl spit on him. 

Margera admits that after the altercation, he did indeed punch the guy, but said that once the police showed up, they “couldn’t figure out who to arrest”, so nobody was officially charged with anything.

I’m thinkin’ Bam needs to take a clue from his BFF Kat Von D and maybe lay off the booze (and pills) a bit…it seems like all of his recent brawls involve a TON of alcohol.  He’s an amazing skateboarder, but if he keeps up these 24/7 party ways, he can kiss his career (or what’s left of it) buh-bye!
