Charlie Sheen Settles Lawsuit

Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros. are on the brink of settling the actor’s wrongful termination suit, following his dismissal from the CBS sitcom TWO AND A HALF MEN.

Now this I what I call winning.

On the heels of TWO AND A HALF MEN’S successful season premiere sans Charlie Sheen last night comes word that the show’s former star is just about ready to settle with Warner Bros., the parent company behind CBS’ sitcom, to the tune of about $25 million. According to the L.A. Times, that figure takes into account his profit participation from the show in addition to a portion of his per-episode salary. Sheen had been suing for $100 million claiming wrongful termination, and he would have stood to earn about $38.4 million had he stayed on the show this season from his $1.2 million-per-episode number for a 24-episode season, plus money generated by the show’s syndication deal.

Sure he could have made more sticking with the show and not insulting TWO AND A HALF MEN’s creator Chuck Lorre on a regular basis towards the end of last season and then all through the self-imposed hiatus. But think about it… he essentially got $25 million for calling his boss a ”sad silly fool. A-hole p*ssy loser.” He’s getting paid not to work for labeling his boss a “low rent, nut-less sociopath” with a “chicken sh*t soul.”

Hmmm… think of all the coke and porn star hookers he can buy with that kind of money lying around.

On that note, I just want to let everyone know about my boss here at Celebrity Smack, Spicy. She is a narcissist, a coward, a loser and a spineless rat. I hope her cockroach self reaps the whirlwind one day.

See you at the bank, Spicy.
