Rihanna will be more than happy to see you next Tuesday.
Rihanna didn’t get the big deal as to why people don’t just throw around the C-word in America.
Should I really be surprised that the pop singer behind “S&M” likes to talk dirty? Probably not, even though that’s only an assumption based on the words that are coming out of her mouth, but I am a little shocked that her filthy mouth isn’t restricted to the bedroom.
In her cover interview for the November issue of British Vogue, Rihanna doesn’t hide her affinity for the C-word, which she admits she used all the time when she first came to the United States from Barbados. Apparently they toss it around like it’s nothing in her homeland.
“That word is so offensive to everyone in the world except for Bajans. You know African-Americans use the N-word to their brothers? Well, that’s the way we use the C-word. When I first came here, I was saying it like it was nothing, like, ‘Hey, c**t!,’ until my make-up artist finally had to tell me to stop.”
I get the feeling she hasn’t eased up on the word that much. She was photographed wearing a necklace with the word hanging from it a month ago when she paid a visit to Brazil. Old habits die hard. Maybe she should go to one of those celebrity rehabs in order to kick it.
