David Boreanaz Used His Affair As “A Bonding Experience”

David Boreanaz believes cheating on his wife was “a bonding experience.”

Forget about going camping or hiking or maybe just talking more or even doing things that your spouse is interested in. That’s not the key to becoming closer to them in your marriage. In fact, that’s no way to strengthen your partnership, and it’s not even close. BONES star David Boreanaz has found the secret, and you may want to listen to him, because he plays a doctor on TV. Wait… not a doctor…? Oh, he’s an FBI Special Agent…? It’s practically the same thing. And plus, he once played a vampire, too, so you know he really knows what he’s talking about.

In an interview with TV Week (via TV Guide), Boreanaz admits that cheating on his wife, former Playboy Playmate Jaime Bergman, was “a bonding experience, in the long run.” Ummm… couldn’t you have done that without having sexy time with an unknown woman, widely believed to be former Tiger Woods slut Rachel Uchitel, who’s laid claim to this infidelity as well…? The couple has two kids. Maybe a Disney vacation or a Little League game could have helped them. Did it really have to be this chick?

“In a sacred ground like marriage, you find yourself out of it at certain times for reasons unknown that can be destructive,” says Boreanaz. “There could be a demon that kind of comes out and overtakes you.” But with Rachel Uchitel…? Come on, dude… next time, go kayaking, and it may just have the same effects. No good can come from putting your wang in Rachel Uchitel… unless VD is your thing; then, by all means, go for it.
