Whitney Houston Will Not Fasten Her Seat Belt

Whitney Houston is nearly ejected from her Delta Airlines flight after refusing to fasten her seat belt before take-off.

She may always love you, but that does not mean Whitney Houston will do what she’s told when she’s flying commercial… especially not if it means fastening her seat belt before take-off. If Whitney Houston can survive Bobby Brown, then she can certainly survive any trouble that may arise during her flight.

TMZ reports that Houston was almost removed from her flight out of Atlanta yesterday after her Delta Airlines flight attendant asked her to buckle her seat belt prior to take-off, and the singer refused. Whitney reportedly “got diva” upon the request, and only settled down when another flight attendant informed her that she’d have to de-board the plane unless she complied with their safety regulations. Houston finally allowed one of the Delta crew to buckle the belt for her, and life went on.

The explanation given for the incident was that Houston “overreacted a little bit after missing an earlier flight but she’s still 100% sober and was on the way to Detroit for her first day of shooting a new movie.” Man, can you imagine if they would have asked her to restore her tray table to its upright and locked position?
