Why on God’s green Earth would someone feel the need to give Selena Gomez a death threat? What could she have done that pissed somebody off so much that they would want to threaten her life, other than take the Biebs away from some crazed psycho wannabe girlfriend? (Sarcasm, that’s STILL not a good reason!)
Well according to TMZ, Gomez has received very serious death threats, so much that her local police department (Los Angeles of course) has taken every precaution they deem necessary so far, such as assigning their official Threat Management Unit onto the case.
Who’s the nutty fruitcake you ask? His name is Thomas Brodnicki, a 46-year-old man who has a criminal past for stalking. Apparently, Brodnicki told his psychiatrist that he was planning on killing the 19-year-old Disney actress and girlfriend to Justin Bieber, after he was taken in for a mental evaluation last month for threatening to “scratch people’s eyes out on the street.”
Apparently, and rightfully, LAPD is giving the threats their utmost attention, considering the suspect’s past of criminal behavior.
I hope Thomas gets the help he needs, and is kept off the streets until he does.
