Dina Lohan Ready To Sell Out Her Daughter

Dina Lohan is shopping her memoir which sounds a lot like a tell-all about her daughter’s troubles.

And you wonder why Lindsay Lohan can’t even get to the morgue on time, or why she was on probation to begin with, or why she’s got the teeth of a crack addict, or why her life has been in a downward spiral for what seems like an eternity but really has only been a few years. Perhaps if she didn’t have enablers in her own family trying to hold onto whatever shred of fame they got as a result of being related to Lindsay in the first place, there might be someone looking out for her best interests and not looking to sell a memoir that sells out LiLo for all her bad behavior, laying blame on everyone but the writer. Then again, what else should we expect from Dina Lohan at this point?

TMZ reports that the matriarch of the Lohan family has been peddling her memoir (Does anyone actually want to read it?), which would discuss her daughter’s substance abuse in addition to her own wonderful parenting skills when it comes to decisions on how to help leave her daughter alone as she continues to be destructive. Wait… I thought this was the Dina Lohan memoir, not the Lindsay Lohan tell-all written by her mom. I might recommend to Dina picking up a dictionary to learn exactly what a memoir is.

In the draft of the prologue though, the book wastes no time in getting right into Lindsay’s troubled lifestyle:

“I blamed her friends, her career and her handlers for an (sic) newfound lifestyle of partying excessively.  Drinking, drugging and behaving irresponsibly became Lindsay’s way of daily living–and it tore me up inside.”

In addition, Dina addresses her decision to let Lindsay head to L.A. to follow her acting dreams:

“How could I deny my daughter the chance of a lifetime?  How could I hold Lindsay back from her dream of becoming an actress?  So, I listened to others and sent my daughter to Hollywood with a few pieces of luggage and a chaperone.”

Wait… you sent her along with a chaperone, and that’s it? You didn’t even make the trip with her to supervise what was going on? I don’t even need to ask what the hell is wrong with you anymore. This explains so much already. Add in the part about Dina not knowing how to handle Lindsay’s troubles, because she was both her manager and her mom, and you can now see why Lindsay Lohan is such a mess.

No takers on the book just yet. Let’s hope it stays that way.
