Michael Lohan, Kate Major: Domestic Violence

Michael Lohan was arrested domestic abuse against Kate Major last night 

And the crazy Lohan train keeps rolling full speed ahead despite having gone off its rails years ago.

It seems the Lohans simply cannot stay out of the news. About the time it was announced that Lindsay Lohan would be posing nude for Playboy the star’s father Michael Lohan was involved in yet another domestic violence dispute with his wacko, binge drinking girlfriend, Kate Major.

As Kate tells the story the fighting had been going on for a couple of days. The first incident being Sunday night when she and Michael were involved in a verbal fight that became physical. Michael allegedly became so enraged he head-butted a door and said if Kate called police he would blame the resulting bloody forehead gash on her. Kate told police she did not call 911 at that time because she was afraid.

Last night the couple had another whopper of a fight which once again turned violent. Apparently the cause of this fight was an upcoming domestic violence court hearing. Shocking. (By the way, that court date is scheduled for later TODAY.) Kate told police that Michael became physical again, screaming about how she wouldn’t perform oral sex on him. She alleges he grabbed her arms forcefully and pushed her “multiple times.” She said he threatened to slit both their wrists and also threatened to throw her from the fourth floor balcony. He threw a remote control at her and destroyed her cell phone.

From the police report:

“We knocked on the door and the def opened the door. He was wearing only shorts and was out of breath/sweating. He immediately got defensive saying “everything is ok and nothing happened here”. The victim started yelling in the background for us to help her because he was lying.

“The victim was crying and was afraid. She was shaking and having a hard time catching her breath. She had some redness on her arms with minor bruising on her arm and knee. I saw the victims cell phone which was smashed. I saw the victims closet which had jewelry/clothing thrown everywhere. I saw the bathroom door to have a dent consistent with the height of the def’s head.”

Now, normally I take anything Kate Major says with a grain of salt, but Michael Lohan’s actions after his arrest and his little chest pain song-and-dance point to him being the crazier of the two. Read on…

“The def was taken into custody for domestic violence battery. He complained of chest pains so he was transported to St Joes Hospital. He was hoping this would prevent him from going to jail, and in fact signed himself out of the hospital soon after he thought the police left. After he signed himself out, he was transported to booking.”

Kate warned police that every time Michael gets arrested for domestic violence (that would be FOUR times) he complains of chest pains as a deterrent.

Michael’s side of the story is equally as wicked, saying he had to pick Kate up from a restaurant because she was too loaded on prescription drugs and booze to drive. He says they went back to her place and had sex, telling police he ejaculated inside of her. (I know, this is a terrible visual…)  Michael stated that Kate became livid with him doing so and soon after told him she might be pregnant with his baby. He denies any physical violence and only admits to smashing her phone.
