Do you really think we would get the whole truth with a Casey Anthony book?
Unfortunately, it’s just a matter of time before Casey Anthony scores a book deal, but for now, we can all let out a little sigh of relief because it’s not happening just yet.
It was recently reported that a producer over at NBC was trying to snatch a book deal for the infamous ‘Tot Mom’ in a sleazy attempt to get her to do a TV interview in exchange. That way NBC could also claim they didn’t hand her a paycheck per se.
Well now it looks like that all could be changing for the worse for Anthony, because TMZ is saying that three of the largest publishing companies around want absolutely nothing to do with her “blood money”, as one publisher admitted.
So what exactly did these publishing top dogs have to say about the possibility of a book deal with Anthony?
Harper Collins reveals that they are “planning on publishing the prosecutor’s book who was involved in the Casey Anthony case,” and that they have “no plans in releasing a Casey Anthony book.” The Penguin Group claims that they have “no plans on doing a book deal with Casey Anthony”, and Simon and Schuster said, “We are 100% not interested. We are NOT NOT NOT interested. Simon & Schuster is not publishing, and has never intended to publish, any book by Casey Anthony, her family, or any member of her team.”
I hope this anti-Anthony attitude goes on for just a little while longer, because as time flies, she gets more and more irrelevant, and when no one cares, nobody will put any money in this chick’s pocketbook.
