Kaley Cuoco Is Engaged To Josh Resnik

Kaley Cuoco, star of the ever-so-funny sitcom “The Big Bang Theory” has just got engaged to Josh ‘Lazie’ Resnik!

The 25-year-old actress and her fiancé, who is an addiction specialist, told PEOPLE (through Cuoco’s rep), “The surprise proposal took place during a quiet date night at home. The couple are [sic] very happy and excited to begin planning their wedding.”  So far, there’s no wedding date set.  To see a pic of the ecstatic couple click HERE.

Not much is known about her main man, but Cuoco seems to be one to want to keep her private life private.  Apparently, she secretly dated her co-star Johnny Galecki for two years without anybody finding out, until she revealed it in an interview with CBS Watch! Magazine in October 2010.

Cuoco admitted, “I dated [co-star Johnny] Galecki. We dated for almost two years. It was such a huge part of my life and no one knew about it.”  She goes on to add, “This is the first time I’ve ever talked about it, ever. It was a wonderful relationship but we never spoke a word about it and never went anywhere together. We were so protective of ourselves and the show and didn’t want anything to ruin that. But that also made it sad, too. That’s not the kind of relationship I want – I don’t want to be hiding.”

Well, all the best wishes to Cuoco and Resnik!  They make a beautiful couple!
