Heavy D Dead at 44, R.I.P.

Rap sensation Heavy D is dead at 44-years-old

Breaking news just in, rapper Heavy D of Heavy D & The Boyz, has died.

It is unclear what caused his death at this point. His last performance was last month and he has had no recent health problems. In fact, he had lost weight in recent years. Heavy D (real name Dwight Arrington Myers) died in a Los Angeles hospital at approximately noon today, according to TMZ. He had lost consciousness in his home but once paramedics arrived on the scene he was awake and speaking.
