Survivor’s Whitney Duncan Lied About Being Married, Leaves Husband for Keith!

Whitney Duncan of Survivor: South Pacific obviously cozied up to fellow castaway Keith during the show’s taping this past spring, but little did anyone know that she was MARRIED!

Hell, CBS didn’t even know. How THAT happened, I have no idea. They are usually pretty thorough about doing background checks and such. (But then again there is that one freak from Big Brother 9, James….ewwww.)

Anyway, the news is that Whitney Duncan, 27, secretly married some guy she only knew for a couple of months back on August 1, 2010. The newly married couple never told family or friends about it, and instead waited nine months to announce their “engagement” before Whitney shipped off to film Survivor: South Pacific. (Oh yeah, and to meet her next boyfriend.)

So as far as Whitney’s friends and family knew, she and Donny Fallgatter, 32, (singer for the band KingBilly) were recently engaged and would marry when she returned. Not the case.  Instead, Whitney made a phone call to Donny while she was gone, indicating she was done with the marriage. Donny’s friend dishes:  ”Donny sent me a text that said, ‘Whitney got into a Survivor relationship.’ I called him and he was really upset so I went over to his place. That’s when he told me that she wasn’t his fiancé, but his wife, that they had gotten married the summer before. I was totally shocked.”

Shocking is right. No one saw this one coming! I wonder if Keith knew? 

Whitney’s family’s heads MUST be spinning right now. She’s engaged, no wait, she’s married …. so they’re married but not together? …. they are married and she is running off with some guy from a reality show who looks like Keanu Reeves? Holy chit. Someone’s got some splainin’ to do.
