School District Didn’t Know She Did Adult Films

The Compton Unified School District now claims they just didn’t know who Sasha Grey was.

When you don’t have any other reasonable or valid excuse, just say “We didn’t know.”

That seems to be the direction the Compton Unified School District is taking now, after the firestorm they’ve been facing from parents who learned ex-porn star Sasha Grey was reading to their kids as part of the Read Across America program at their school.

After previously stating that no such person named Sasha Grey who used to dole out blowjobs and anal for a paycheck has ever set foot in their schools to read to children of any age, the school district is now hoping you’ll buy the explanation that they just didn’t know who she was. According to TMZ, a spokesperson for the school district claims that an outside talent coordinator told them that her claim to fame was being a cast member on ENTOURAGE. The problem with that – she played a fictionalized version of herself on the HBO show. Yep… porn star Sasha Grey took the role of porn star Sasha Grey.

And these are the people educating the youth of America. Makes you feel all warm and cozy inside, doesn’t it?
