Florida mother Michelle Parker is missing after ‘People’s Court’ appearance
Michelle Parker, a single mom from South Orlando who appeared on “The People’s Court” last Thursday, went missing the very same day.
Parker and ex-fiance Dale Smith taped “The People’s Court” episode last summer and Michelle told her family it was a “humiliating” experience that she regretted taking part in. The idea was Smith’s. The dispute was over a $5,000 engagement ring that Parker threw over a balcony in a drunken fight with Smith. Judge Marilyn Milian ruled that Parker and Smith split the difference at $2500 each.
After “The People’s Court” ruling, the court room reporter asked Michelle Parker, ”This fatal attraction relationship here, is there still anything left to it?” She replied, ”No, it’s over.”
The couple had been together five years, on-again and off-again, with Smith allegedly cheating on Parker seven different times. Michelle Parker told the judge that Smith hadn’t been there enough for the couple’s twins and claimed Parker had physically harmed her.
Michelle Parker’s mother doesn’t seem to believe Dale Smith had anything to do with her daughter’s disappearance even though that’s where Michelle was last seen. She told ABC: “He is crying every time I talk to him on the phone. He loves my daughter. They just didn’t get along.” Dale Smith is not a suspect at this time.
Volunteers have been searching the area where Michelle Parker was last seen but have come up empty handed.
