Dita Von Teese Launching 2010 ‘Von Follies’ Lingerie Collection at Target Stores

Dita Von Teese has been a very busy business woman lately, recently debuting her Muse dress collection and her “My Cointreau Travel Essentials” kit, along with a plethora of accessories including press-on nails, and seamed stockings, just to name a few.

But that’s not all! The international retro style icon also has her first signature fragrance coming out soon, and now to add to the list, she has a lingerie line that will be available globally in 2012! The line will launch in Australia Target stores first, beginning in February 2012.

The vintage-inspired lingerie line, named “Von Follies”, will include over-wire bras, high waisted briefs, garter belts, and chemises. According to a press release released by Dita, the lingerie pieces will enhance “the feminine silhouette that Von Teese is world renowned for representing.” Also, “The launch range combines sophistication and sensuality with glamorous touches such as grosgrain and velvet ribbons, delicate eyelash lace, and control mesh to give the essence of the sultry 1950′s pin up girl.”

Speaking about the line, Dita says, “It was important to me to accomplish the task of making these beautiful things in sizes that can make any woman feel sexy and glamorous, and I’m very proud that we have been able to do that, while keeping prices affordable.” Apparently, some bra sizes will be available to fit up to an E-cup, and some styles of briefs up to a size 20. Lucky for the public, the garments will be price-friendly too, with bras and briefs ranging from $17, and lingerie pieces costing around $79.
