Casey Anthony Being Sued By The Man Who Discovered Caylee’s Remains

Casey Anthony flaunting her infamous smirk

Casey Anthony is getting yet another lawsuit thrown her way, just for the holidays.

If you watched the Casey Anthony trial you might remember Roy Kronk, the former meter reader who discovered 2-year-old Caylee Anthony’s body in 2008 in the woods close to where the Anthony family lived at the time. Well, now he is suing mother Casey Anthony for defamation of character.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Kronk filed a lawsuit Wednesday in Florida, claiming the infamous ‘Tot Mom’ and her lawyers made him out to be the villain, in order to direct suspicion away from the defendant. He points to the fact that Anthony’s team basically accused him of kidnapping and killing Caylee, and then disposing of her remains where he testified he had found her.

He points out that Jose Baez informed the jury that Caylee accidentally drowned in her grandparent’s pool, which, if that was the case, then Anthony’s team knew their claims against Kronk were false (and obvious lies).

Kronk is also in the process of suing the National Enquirer and the bounty hunter Leonard Padilla for defamation.

As for Anthony, this is her third Florida lawsuit against her. ‘The real’ Zenaida Gonzales is suing her, claiming her life was ruined when Anthony first told the police that a nanny (of the same name) kidnapped her daughter. Also the non-profit group Texas EquuSearch is suing her for the expenses Caylee’s search cost them, when it was Anthony who sought them out to help find Caylee.

I think the lawsuits will keep on comin’ for Miss Anthony, but for some reason I don’t see that annoying smirk falling off her face any time soon.
