Coldplay’s Chris Martin has a sense of humor
Apparently one of the burdens of being a famous rockstar is the possibility of encountering trespassers at your house that belt out your songs.
This is what happened to Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. According to NME, the “Paradise” singer told the Daily Mirror about the experience which turned out to be a funny one.
“I had a guy the other day who climbed over the gate of our house and started singing Coldplay songs to his friends on the street.”
Martin apparently joked with the man about his singing skills and told him, “Listen, you’re just not doing that right.”
Martin says, “He politely left. It was bordering on intrusion. Still, it’s nice that people like the songs.”?
Coldplay, who released their fifth studio album “Mylo Xyloto” in October, are gearing up for a big UK tour this summer (2012), and are dropping in on Canada and the U.S. for some sure-to-be-spectacular shows. You can check out their upcoming tour/buy tickets HERE.
