Toxic couple = Kate Major and Michael Lohan in 2010
Once again Michael Lohan’s on and off-again (in)significant other Kate Major, who just left rehab last week, has been arrested on a double-whammy charge of battery and resisting arrest.
According to TMZ, Major was booked Sunday morning in Boca Rotan, Florida at around 3 A.M., for numerous charges including battery against an officer and resisting an officer with violence. She was released sometime after noon, and is being required to return to court in 48 hours with a completed mental health and drug assessment.
It’s not known yet if Lohan, who is staying in Florida, was a part of this mess, but seeing as he currently has a restraining order on him by Kate, and given their endless and chaotic efforts of fighting and making up, we can only guess he was.
I can’t keep up with these two. It’s either one or the other getting arrested for some violent, drunken act. Both are toxic to one another, let alone themselves. Get it together people!
