The Bamboozle Festival is celebrating 10 years of success
One of my favorite pastimes I have is attending a good music festival, and the US of A has a pretty good selection to choose from.
The West has their Coachella, their Warped Tour, their Sasquatch!, and back in the day, we had our Lollapalooza (back when it was a touring festival at least), but now it blesses the Midwest (Chicago). The Southwest has their appropriately named South By Southwest musical fiesta in Austin, Texas, along with their Austin City Limits jamboree. The South(east) has their Bonnaroo in Tennessee, and East has their Bamboozle in New Jersey.
I know I’m missing a few, but these are the biggies that first come to mind.
Well the lovely people that run Bamboozle have announced this year’s lineup for the 3-day celebration, and good lawd, I am bummed out that shiz is happening all the way across country from my digs.
Here are some of the day’s highlights:
Friday – Skrillex, Mac Miller, Incubus, Mike Posner, and We Came As Romans (click here for Friday’s full list)
Saturday – Foo Fighters, Blink-182, Jimmy Eat World, DJ Pauly D, and The All-American Rejects (click here for Saturday’s full list)
Sunday – Bon Jovi, The Bouncing Souls, Boy Like Girls, Andrew Dice Clay, and Catch 22 (click here for Sunday’s full list)
Man, if you could pluck Bon Jovi, The Bouncing Souls, and Incubus off their days and throw them in on Saturday, you would have the perfect lineup!
