Kim Kardashian Thinks We’re All Dumb

Kelly Ripa and Kim Kardashian on Live! With Kelly on January 23, 2012

Kim Kardashian must really think the public is a bunch of idiots, because she wants us to believe she didn’t profit off her fake marriage to basketball pro Kris Humphries.

The reality TV star appeared on Live! With Kelly Monday morning as Kelly Ripa’s co-host. Joking about how absurd she finds the rumors that she made some serious dough off her and Humphries’ 72-day marriage, she said, “If you really think about it, if [the marriage] was a business decision, and I really made all that money that everyone was claiming that we made off this wedding, and if the wedding was fake and just for TV.” She adds (and this is where it gets funny), “I’m a smart business woman. I would have stayed married longer. This was a bad business decision. If you really think about it, it doesn’t make sense.”

Yeah, okay Kim, like there is absolutely no way you and your puppet master mother could have ever failed at a well (or not so well) thought out business plan you conjured up.

I have to give it to the Kardashian media-thirsty mother Kris Jenner, because I do think she is a brilliant business woman (I don’t think the genius lies with Kim though), but even business-savvy people make mistakes, and on this one, I don’t think they expected the media and public backlash they so deservingly got.

Kardashian goes on trying to insult our intelligence by telling Ripa, she thinks of herself as a “hopeless romantic”, and says she was surprised by the wrath she received following her and Humphries’ separation.

“It’s been a hard couple of months,” she told Ripa, adding, “I really didn’t think that following my heart would create this much backlash.”

Of course she didn’t think she would get the hate coming her way…it’s all a part of the process of making a bad/stupid business choice! The way I look at it, every time she talks her IQ drops 10 points. She’s in the negative now.

this reminds me of the time when i was married for 73 days – not the best idea ive ever had ;) – seriously though, the Kardashians annoy me (most of them anyway), and i am tired of all the press that this “true love lost” has gotten. As a blogger, i have tried NOT to write about that family as much as I can (except Brody), but they ALWAYS seem to be in the news, so it makes it harder.
