Demi Moore looking anorexic
News about the seriousness of Demi Moore’s health problems continue to emerge and this morning we are learning more about what led to her hospitalization Monday night.
Along with a reported substance abuse (cocaine, duh) problem we are learning that Demo is also battling anorexia. She is seeking treatment in rehab for both and we are learning now that it was a seizure that led to her hospitalization on Monday night.
Now, I know a few of you naive ones out there will insist that what Demi’s publicist says is true, that she is merely struggling with “exhaustion,” but like I said yesterday, in Hollywood that means “bender,” and in Hollywood “bender” usually involves cocaine in some form. Seizures and cocaine overdoses go hand-in-hand, and well, it’s just all too obvious.
Backing up the cocaine theory is that fact that Demi Moore‘s frame has been shockingly skinny lately. In recent photos she’s been spotted with the tiniest of legs, her kneecap being the widest part, and her upper body is probably the thinnest I have ever seen it.
Amidst all the turmoil in her life right now Demi has also dropped out of the Lovelace biopic where she was set to play the role of feminist Gloria Steinem. Too bad, I was looking forward to her in that role, but what is important is her health right now and I want to see her come out of this stronger, and definitely a million times more successful than Jollyboy Kutcher. I’m pulling for her and have a feeling the best is yet to come for Demi.
UPDATE: I have a hard tme believing this one, but TMZ is reporting that Demi Moore went into a seizure after inhaling Whipits, or N2O (Nitrous Oxide). Holy WTF. Only snot-nosed little hood rats do that sort of thing, right?
Reminds me of a story of when I was 16 and worked at the mall in a toy store. I passed out on helium used to fill the balloons during a prank phone call I was making to a co-worker’s ex-boyfriend. It still makes me laugh to think of what a fool I looked like as I woke up on the ground with everyone around me. Hey, it was 24 years ago, don’t judge.
