Lindsay Lohan Skips Her Taxes

Lindsay Lohan gives Uncle Sam the stink eye 

Being a celebrity obviously has it’s privileges, you don’t have to scrub your own toilet, or mow your lawn or even pay your own bills.

But no matter how big a celebrity you become, wouldn’t you want to keep your finger on the pulse of say, your bank accounts? Your investments? Your taxes?

For two years in a row Lindsay Lohan has failed to pay her taxes. If she’s on any sort of streak, she has two months until she misses a third year.

Lindsay failed to pay the IRS $93,000 for her 2009 taxes then blamed her accountants, also, TMZ just revealed that she’s been popped for her 2010 taxes as well. That amount is $140,000. Uncle Sam’s late fees are murderous, so I am curious to know if that $93,000 hasn’t bloomed into something larger. As I mentioned before, it is damn near tax time again, so you can pretty much tack on another $100,000+.

There will be excuses, and maybe even tears, but she’s going to have to eventually pay it. Sad thing is, she’s not really making a whole hell of a lot of money right now (purely judging by her career in shambles, of course) and is probably cash poor. She’s never been one to plan for her future and this is typically why she ends up in predicaments such as this one.

In other Lindsay news, the “actress” was spotted at LAX looking nerdy (trying to look smart) in a pair of thick rimmed glasses and conservative clothing. Careful Lindsay, you might almost look like someone who’s actually smart enough to file their own taxes...oops.
