Adele: So Mad She Could Spit

Adele is kind of like the Chuck Norris of female singers – don’t mess with her.

Singing sensation Adele vowed to spit in her estranged father’s face if she ever sees him again after he sold a story to a British tabloid.

Adele and her father have never been on good terms, but the singer said she recently had a change of heart and considered making amends. That is until he went blabbing to the tabloids about his relationship with her and her mother. She told VOGUE recently:

“I was actually ready to start trying to have a relationship with him. He’s f—-ing blown it. He will never hear from me again. Because there is nothing that would upset me more than my dad being bribed by the press. It’s like, ‘Just let them run it, then. Don’t you give them ammunition.’

“It makes me angry! To come back after 10 years and be like, ‘Maybe her problem with men comes down to me.’ It’s like, ‘F— off! How dare you comment on my life?’ It makes my blood boil.”

She says she is disgusted that her father sold out to a tabloid and even more angered at what he said. ”It blows my mind. ’I love her so much.’ Really? Why are you telling me that through a newspaper? If I ever see him I will spit in his face.”

She’s a feisty one, that Adele, but I think that’s all a part of what makes her music so moving. She’s lived it, she felt it. Too bad her father never chose to be a part of her life but I have a feeling it’s he who is missing out, not her.
