Blogger Puts Bounty On Chris Brown

Chris Brown craves attention…ANY attention

I think the majority of Chris Brown haters would be satisfied with the simple extinction of his career, just so we don’t have to hear about his antics anymore, but not one particular blogger, who is actually offering up money to see Breezy get his butt kickedhard.

The blogger in question, Kevin Seccia, laid it out like this, “Chris Brown is a horrible human being. This is something we should all agree on. [He] brutally assaulted and threatened to kill a woman. He does not even pretend to be sorry for that fact and shows almost no awareness of what he’s done. For this crime he got probation. He did not deserve a second chance but he somehow got one.”

Seccia goes on to say that he disagreed with the Grammys for “sending a clear message to society, abused women and young girls everywhere that, ‘Hey, this kind of thing happens, sorry ladies.” He adds, “There is money to be made by a sh—y organization. You understand, right?’ GRAMMY Awards, there is blood on your hands.”

The obviously infuriated blogger then proposes his bounty: “Beating [Brown] up means at least two solid punches. He looks like the kind of guy you could easily drop with one clean shot, so if he crumples immediately and your next punches misses, don’t worry, it still counts. This is NOT MURDER, it’s an ass-kicking. Just hit him. I’ve had my ass kicked before, as I’m sure some of you have. It’s not the worst thing in the world to lose a fair fight. Sometimes there’s even something to be learned afterwards.”

He closes his rant by saying he doesn’t advocate “committing random acts of violence”, adding, “but surely we can make an exception in the case of a man who hits a woman, right? After all, isn’t that what we do when it comes to Chris Brown, we make exceptions and put aside what’s right so that someone can make some money, right? That’s all I’m doing here.”

He then begs the question, “Who wants a $1,000? I’m sure millions are wondering where Mr. Brown is right about now…”

Whoa, this guy is serious and apparently not alone. WWE wrestler CM Punk also is reported to have a beef with Breezy, and after the two had a Twitter war, challenged him to a fight in the ring.

I don’t necessarily believe violence is the answer, or a solution to the problem, but at least with CM it would be for a good cause, as he’s willing to donate any money the fight would make to charity. I’d watch that brawl.

The thing that’s really irritating me is that people are saying ‘doesn’t he deserve to be rehabilitated and be able to move on?’ IF he had shown true remorse for what he’d done and undergone counselling for his problems maybe donated the proceeds of a song to a women’s charity and issued a heartfelt apology then MAYBE one day yes, he’d be ready in people’s eyes to be received back. But the way things are? NO, I don’t think he does deserve the privileged life he leads. Not a bit. He should fade away.
