Always willing to make herself appear trashier than she was yesterday, Ke$ha took to her Twitter account to show off her latest brilliant fashion fail.

Just above her left ear, Ke$ha had gold studs glued to her head. GLUED. Someone should have told her a good ol’ hammer and nails is a more permanent solution. Love it – or leave it?
