Vanessa Minnillo is Pregnant

A baby for Nick and Vanessa 

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are expecting their first child.

Announcing the pregnancy on Monday’s Live! With Kelly, the couple beamed as they revealed the news to viewers.

Vanessa is reportedly three months along. Nick explained the moment he heard the news. “She was in New York and I was in the Bahamas. She went to the store and got a pregnancy test and it came back positive. We’re having a baby! This is the one thing that more than any other I’ve looked forward to, and it’s overwhelming.”

Vanessa says she’s already exploring names and if it’s a girl she may choose the name Sophia, if it’s a boy, she is undecided.

Nick joked about Vanessa’s cravings saying she is eating Mexican food like crazy. ”She loves, she craves Mexican food right now. She could eat a burrito a day so you can imagine what our house smells like right about now.”

We can expect baby Lachey sometime around Labor Day. Congratulations to the expectant parents.
