Jessica Simpson Enjoys Baby Shower

Jessica Simpson’s baby is ready to meet the world NOW!

Jessica Simpson is expecting her little girl any day now and to celebrate the upcoming arrival, the Fashion Star judge celebrated with friends and family this weekend.

Simpson and her loved ones gathered Sunday afternoon in Los Angeles to enjoy baby shower festivities organized by celebrity event planner Mindy Weiss.

The mother-to-be let her hair down (literally) and flaunted braids for the occasion, while wearing a blue dress for the special event. Joining Ms. Simpson was her sis Ashlee, and fellow famous mama Jessica Alba. Ashlee arrived with son Bronx (father is musician Pete Wentz).

A source from the party recounted, “Jessica looked pretty and very happy,” while a friend of Simpson said, “She’s so excited to be a mom. She can’t wait to meet her little girl.”

Good lawd, Simpson needs to have this baby soon..she’s beginning to look uncomfortable! Seriously though, I think she’s going to be a great mother…so very happy for her!
