Will Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh’s relationship survive the name tattoo curse?

If you’re going to get your first tattoo at 57-years-old, why not get the kiss of death tattoo by getting your wife’s name inked on you?!

That’s exactly what Kelsey Grammer did, because that’s the most sensible thing to do, right?

TMZ is reporting Grammer visited Insight Studios in Chicago Saturday with wife pregnant Kayte Walsh in tow, and decided to get her name tattooed on his hip. Manly!

The ink was a bargain (for tattoos at least) at $60, but if the old myth is true (it is), that getting your lover/wife/husband’s name tattooed on you is a curse on your relationship, then Grammer will be paying for this in the future. The relationship is now doomed, and it’s going to cost much more to get that thing removed, and will be a lot more painful.

Also, if you’re going to get a name tattooed on you and you’re a dude, why get it there, and why get it in cursive like that? Agh.
