John Travolta Sued For Sexual Battery & Assault

 John Travolta is in a bit of a pickle

John Travolta has been making some headlines recently, but not the good kind.

Travolta has been sued for assault and sexual battery by some masseur, who is saying the actor attempted to have sex with him during a massage session.

Simply named “John Doe” in the lawsuit, the plaintiff claims that Travolta “touched his scrotum and penis after having stripped in front of the masseur”, according to E! Apparently, after doing so, Travolta apologized, but didn’t stop his forwardness. Doe says the actor later suggested they have sex with a “Hollywood starlet in the building that wanted to have three-way sex and to be double penetrated.” Doe also claims Travolta told him he “got where he is now due to sexual favors he had performed when he was in his Welcome Back, Kotter days.”

The legal documents assert the masseur asked Travolta to drop him off where he was picked up and also stated that he was paid double his asking price (his final pay was $800). Doe is asking for $2M in general damages, unspecified punitive damages, and his court costs to be taken care of.

TMZ is reporting that Travolta’s rep says the whole lawsuit is completely made up, as the actor was 2,500 miles away from the place this whole thing supposedly happened. In a statement, the actor’s rep said, “This lawsuit is a complete fiction and fabrication.  None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred.” Travolta and his people are confident this case will be thrown out and when (if) it does, they will counter-sue for malicious prosecution.

This very well could be a case of someone just pulling this fiction off as fact to get some cash, but with Travolta, and all of the years of rumors surrounding him and his sexuality, it makes you wonder.
