Ray J Hospitalized After Feud With Houston Family

Ray J, the man who was seeing pop superstar Whitney Houston at the time of her death, was hospitalized Monday morning, the morning after the Billboard Awards.

As you may already know, Sunday night’s awards show was a dramatic one with Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina accepting the Billboard Millenium Award on her mother’s behalf. But behind the scenes the Houston family was anything but pleased with Ray J being in attendance, and they were even more livid with the fact that he was seated directly behind them in the audience.

Pat Houston, Whitney’s sister-in-law tried to have him removed from his seat, even getting the police involved, but it was a no go.

Apparently the feud upset Ray J so much that it took a toll on him and he had to be hospitalized the next day. But was it because he was stressed –  or was it something more sinister?

Ray J’s publicist is saying that his client was simply dehydrated and exhausted, the oldest excuse in the ‘Hollywood List of Excuses for Being Hospitalized’ book. We all know that means he got REALLY messed up Sunday night . . .  to the point of making himself ill.

Monday morning an unknown person attempted to wake Ray J as he slept (was passed out) in his hotel room. He was “out of it” and extremely disoriented, so paramedics were called. Ray J is still in the hospital as I write this.

Honestly, when I first read this story the first thing I thought of was Whitney Houston being found unresponsive in her hotel room. Birds of a feather, and Houston’s family hates Ray J because they say he was a “bad influence” on her. I don’t know about that, but I do know they probably shared the same interests – one of them possibly being getting wasted.
