Usher’s Custody Battle With His Ex Is Getting Nasty

Wow, I bet Usher is kicking himself for ever marrying celebrity stylist Tameka Foster…Besides the blessing of producing two beautiful sons, it seems nothing but nastiness has come out of this one.

The R&B singer/dancer and his ex have been in court recently over custody issues following their divorce in 2010 (Usher filed the papers in 2009), and it has not been pretty. Tameka, who was married to the star for a little over two years, is seeking full custody of their two boys (Usher Raymond V, 4, and Naviyd Ely Raymond, 3), and Usher is seeking visitation rights. To get what they want, both sides have been attacking the other. Talk about mudslinging!

Usher: Explained an incident where he and his current girlfriend/manager Grace Miguel drove to Tameka’s home (I’m assuming to pick the boys up). Even though Grace remained in the car (parked down the hill), Tameka flipped and went to confront her by opening the car door and screaming, “I’m going to kick your ass, b—h.” She then spit on her and attacked Usher when he tried breaking it up. When they drove off Tameka “threw her plate of food” at the car.

Tameka: She claims her ex-husband is more in love with partying than caring for their kids. She also says the singer is a drug-user. (Usher did admit to smoking pot in the past, but said he has never done any sort of drugs in front of their children.)

This whole legal mess started in November of last year when Tameka filed documents asking that Usher be stripped of joint physical custody of their kids, claiming he wasn’t holding up his part of the agreement. She says when it came to things like turning over the kids to her on time and getting her permission prior to hiring nannies, Usher didn’t do too well. She also said he failed to pay her for the nannies she employed, and claimed he cut off her personal Saks Fifth avenue credit card, which he told her he wouldn’t do. At this time she also asked for more child support because, since the two divorced in 2010, she had seen a “substantial change in [his] income”.

Wow, boo freakin’ hoo for this lady. She sounds like a nightmare, gold-digging witch. I believe she has three other kids as well from two other guys. Like always, though, the real sufferers are their kids. Whether or not they are actually seeing their parents bicker it out in court like this, you know they can feel the angry tension at home (both of their homes). Sad really.
