Cynthia Nixon Marries Christine Marinoni

Sex and the City star Cynthia Nixon has wed her longtime girlfriend Christine Marinoni after three years of being engaged and eight years together.

On Sunday the two ladies married in New York, finally making their relationship “official” now that gay marriage is legal in that state. Cynthia wore a Carolina Herrera wedding gown and we’re pretty sure Christine donned a stylish tuxedo.

Hopefully Cynthia’s hair has grown out in time for her wedding; she shaved her head bald just a few months ago for a Broadway role.

Nixon and Marinoni welcomed a baby into the world last year with Marinoni delivering a boy. No details are known about the biological father of the child. Nixon has two children from a previous marriage, a girl aged 16 and a boy, 10.
