Lindsay Lohan: Orange You Going to Pay?

Lindsay Lohan not paying her bills? Gee, we’ve never heard this one before.

A Las Vegas tanning salon (Tanning Vegas) and its owner Lorit Simon are STILL trying to get Lindsay to pay a whopping bill of more than $40,000 after a judge ruled she settle the tab. Lohan has made it clear she doesn’t plan on paying her bill as she has had more than nine months to pay up and has failed to do so.

How in the hell do you rack up $40,000 in tanning you ask? Well, Lindsay hired the company to travel with her all over the world between 2007 and 2009 to freshen up her bronze orange tan as she saw fit, and with two years of travel expenses and product, she managed to amass this gargantuan bill.

This same tanning salon also sued Lindsay in the past for allegedly stealing its “secret formula” and using it for her own Sevin Nyne tanning product line.

Lorit Simon is attempting to have the case moved from Nevada to California where she plans on pursuing Ms. Lohan for the amount owed.
